A Raft (Mat) Foundation is an excellent choice for sandy soil as it evenly distributes the building’s load over a large area, reducing the risk of differential settlement. It consists of a thick reinforced concrete slab that covers the entire building footprint, making it ideal for structures where soil strength is variable.
Slabs
M45 grade concrete is a high-strength mix with a compressive strength of 45 MPa (megapascals) after 28 days. It is commonly used for heavy-duty slabs, bridges, high-rise buildings, and industrial flooring where superior strength and durability are required.
Brick Laying
Using Maylavaram red bricks for bricklaying ensures strength, durability, and excellent thermal insulation. Placing a lintel every 3 feet, 9 inches thick exterior wall adds structural stability and support, preventing cracks and ensuring long-term integrity. Proper curing and mortar mix are crucial for achieving the best results in masonry construction.
